Delivery Information

We know how exciting a new order can be. That is why we work hard to make sure yours is delivered as quickly and seamlessly as possible.

Shipping Information

All orders are handmade, packaged, and dispatched by me. I aim to send all orders within 3–4 working days. During busy periods (such as holidays, sales, or new product launches), dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Once dispatched, delivery times are estimated as follows:

United Kingdom

  • Delivered via Royal Mail

  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days

  • Standard services do not include tracking

  • Tracked services include a tracking number sent by email once dispatched

Europe

  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days

  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing

Rest of the World

  • Estimated delivery: 5–7 working days

  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing

Please note that all delivery times are Royal Mail estimates and may be affected by weather, customs, or seasonal delays.

Tracking Information

Standard services do not include tracking. If you select a Tracked service, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Missed Deliveries & Returned Mail

If Royal Mail is unable to deliver your order, they will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel.

If your order is returned to me due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address

  • A missed delivery that was not collected in time

I can resend the order once new postage has been paid. Alternatively, I can refund the product cost (shipping costs are non‑refundable).

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow the following before contacting me:

  • UK: 10 working days

  • Europe: 20 working days

  • Rest of World: 25 working days

These are Royal Mail’s official “lost item” thresholds. If your order still hasn’t arrived after this period, please get in touch via the Contact page.

Returns & Refund Information

Refund Policy (Physical Items)

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition

  • Items must be returned in suitable packaging to prevent damage

Once I receive the returned item, I will process your refund. Refunds apply to the product cost only; shipping costs are non‑refundable.

How to start a return

Please contact me via the Contact page with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

I will provide return instructions.

Refund Policy (Digital Downloads)

Due to the nature of Digital Downloads these cannot be refunded unless under exceptional circumstances such as:

  • Duplicate purchases

  • Technical issues preventing download

If there is a problem with your Digital Downloads these will be reviewed on a case by case basis, you have to contact us within 14 calendar days of your purchase using the Contact Us form.

Exchange Policy

A product will only be available for exchange if the original order arrived damaged in transit or if you have received an incorrect order.

If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of your order arriving using the Contact Us form. A photo will need to be provided as proof the order was damaged in transit or incorrect, this cannot be provided through the Contact Us form but please have this available as it will be required when we contact you via email.

Delivery and Returns Legal Statement

Please Read Carefully

Under the United Kingdom's Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order. To do so you must inform us in writing within 14 days from the day after receipt of your order via our Contact Us page.

Returning any item within 30 days will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or part of your order).

Please quote your order number on all correspondence.
