Here’s how it works: you start with a simple £1 starter fee, which opens your order and lets us chat through the details. From there, I’ll email you to confirm your badge sizes, quantities, artwork needs, and any special instructions. Larger orders automatically receive a volume discount, so the more you need, the more you save.

Once everything’s agreed, you’ll pay a 50% deposit and send over your artwork — or, if you don’t have a final design yet, I can help create or recreate one for you (perfect for cosplay replicas or custom graphics). After that, I’ll format your design, send previews if needed, and hand‑make your badges with a full quality check.

When your order is ready, you’ll pay the remaining balance and your badges will be securely packaged and shipped straight to you.

Pop this listing in your cart and checkout. The £1 simply opens your order so we can chat through what you need.

Refund note: If you change your mind the £1 is fully refundable. But once work begins, it becomes non‑refundable.

2. Tell Me What You’re After

On the Checkout page, use the Order Notes box to jot down:

  • The badge sizes you want

  • Quantities for each size

  • Any instructions or ideas

  • Whether you already have artwork or need help creating it

Don’t stress if you miss something, we’ll cover everything together.

3. I’ll Email You to Confirm the Details

Once your order lands, I’ll get in touch to confirm:

  • Sizes and quantities

  • Artwork needs

  • Whether you need design help

  • Your final total

  • Postage options

Bigger order? Bigger savings. Volume discounts are automatically applied during this stage.

3a. Need a Design or Cosplay Replica?

No artwork? No problem. I can help with:

  • Recreating a design for cosplay

  • Cleaning up or adapting an existing idea

  • Creating a brand‑new design from your brief

Design work is an additional charge, always quoted clearly before anything starts.

4. Pay the 50% Deposit

When everything looks good, I’ll send a link for a 50% deposit through PayPal Invoices. This locks in your order and lets me begin the magic.

5. Send Over Your Artwork

If you already have your design, just reply to my email with the file attached. JPG, PNG, PDF, or a clean scan all work great.

6. I Prep Your Badge Layout

I’ll size, crop, and format everything so it prints beautifully. If anything needs your approval, I’ll send a quick preview. For final confirmation a badge will be created using the final graphic for you to approve,

7. Handmade Badge Time

Every badge is printed, pressed, and checked by hand.

No shortcuts, no nonsense.

8. Final Payment & Shipping

Once your badges are ready, I’ll send the link for the remaining balance. After payment, your order is packed securely and posted via your chosen method.
