Whoniverse: Ace 'All Around Cowboy' Wooden Pin | 32mm x 18mm

The “All Around Cowboy” pin, recreated from the version seen in Dragonfire.

This wooden pin design is inspired by the iconic jacket worn by Ace during the 1980s era of Doctor Who. Her jacket is famously covered in distinctive badges, pins, and patches, many of which are notoriously difficult for cosplayers and collectors to source. Each piece is handmade with care, combining natural materials with a durable resin finish for a clean, modern look.

Each pin is made from laser‑cut 3mm birch plywood, topped with printed gloss vinyl, and coated in UV‑cured resin for clarity and protection. The back and sides are sealed with a matte clear finish to preserve the wood. The pin is secured with a rubber pin back.

Because these pins are completely handmade, small micro‑bubbles may appear in the resin. These are only noticeable when viewed closely and are considered normal for handcrafted pieces. Pins with more visible surface imperfections are still available within the Clearance section and offered at a discounted rate.
